CATHERINE KING, JASON CLARE & FIONA PHILLIPS -MEDIA RELEASE – LABOR COMMITS $7.5M TOWARD SANCTUARY POINT DISTRICT LIBRARY – WEDNESDAY, 2 FEBRUARY 2022

An Albanese Labor Government will invest $7.5 million to build the new Sanctuary Point District Library.

The Sanctuary Point District Library will provide a hub for learning, collaboration, community functions and enabling greater access to books and technology. 

Positioned near the Sanctuary Point Police Station, the library will add to the list of wins that the community has campaigned for, and that Fiona Phillips has backed all the way.

This commitment follows extensive consultation from Shoalhaven City Council, who has released detailed plans and architectural drawings of the new facility.

Only an Albanese Labor Government will partner with the local community in delivering this much needed new facility.
